The attached Appendix A is submitted in response to Inspection Report 82-05, regarding the inspection perfomed by Mr. R. Goode of your office on February 8-12, 1982.
One apparent violation was reported related to the Plant Hatch physical security system.
The material attached herewith contains safeguards information as defined by 10 CFR 73.21 and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals should be prohibited by Section 147 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended.
We, therefore, request that the material, with the exception of this cover letter, not be placed in the Public Document Room.
If you have questions in this regard, please contact this office.
