Dear Mr. Denton:
By letter of January 29,1982, S-82-02, Iowa Electric Light and Power Company responded to Mr. Thomas Ippolito's letter dated October 22, 1981 regarding guard training and qualification at the Duane Arnold Energy Center. Subsequent discussion with members of your staff resulted in agreement to revise Section 8.3 of our previous submittal.
