APPENDIX A NOTICE OF VIOLATION Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Incorporated 4 Irving Place New York, New York 10003 License No. DPR-26 Docket No. 50-247 Based on the results of the NRC inspection conducted June 2-5, 1975, it appears that one of your activities was not conducted in full com-pliance with the conditions of your license as indicated below.
Contrary to the requirements of Technical Specification Section 6.5.1.6.e, the four (4) Technical Specification violations identified in IE Report 50-247/74-11 had not been evaluated, investigated and a report prepared and forwarded to the Chairman of the Nuclear Facilities Safety Committee by the Station Nuclear Safety Committee.
This Infraction had the potential for causing or contrib'uting to an occurrence reln. red to heal th and sa fety.
