Your letter of March 11, 1982 to the Commission requesting a copy b
Edison Company's written testimony concerning egress of Stony Pointe residents has been referred to me for response.
I believe the testimony you reference is that which addresses a contention soon to be litigated at hearing concerning evacuation of Stony Pointe residents in case of emergency at the Enrico Fermi-Atomic Power Plant, Unit 2.
I am enclosing copies of testimony filed on this issue by Detroit Edison Company, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission Staff, and the Intervenor, Citizens for Employment and Energy, the party which raised the issue. This testimony is available at the Commission's public document room in Washington, D.C. and should soon be available also in the local public document room in the Monroe County Library.
A hearing will be held beginning March 31, 1982, in the Monroe City Council Chambers where the three parties will present evidence concerning two issues raised by the Intervenor. The hearing is open to the public.
