Dr. Resnikoff requested the meeting on Friday, flarch 19, 1982. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the basis for the issuance of Change lio. 32 to Provisional Operations License flo. CSF-1.
Dr. Resnikoff indicated that the Sierra Club was seriously considering sending a letter to the Director of the Division of Fuel Cycle and flaterials Licensing requesting that Change !!o. 32 be revoked. The Sierra Club's legal and technical basis for requesting this action would be in the letter.
