This refers to the telephone conversation between Mr. Robert C. Browr of this office and Mr. Richard Harrison, OK" Corporation, on February 25, 1982, regarding confirmation of the following steps to be taken to bring your operation within full compliance with NRC requirements.

Regarding this matter, we understand that you will undertake the following actions:

1.

Maintain Mr. Brian Shugart, the authorized user, on call to perform any required maintenance or shutdown of level gages containing byproduct material.

2.

Apply for an amendment to your license to add additional authorized users.

If our understanding of your planned actions as described above is not in accordance with the actual plans and action being implemented, please contact this office immediately.
