Byproduct Material License 35-17654-01 and to the discussion of our findings held by the inspector with members of your staff at the conclusion of the inspection.
2 The inspection was an examination of the activities conducted ~ under the license as they relate to radiation safety and to compliance with the Commission's rules and regulations, and the conditions of the license. The inspection
. consisted of selective examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews of personnel, independent measurements, and observations by the inspector.
No violations of NRC requirements were found during this inspection.
i Mr. Brown also reviewed the action you had taken with respect to two violations observed during our previous inspection, which was conducted September 26, 1978. He verified that the corrective action with respect to these items was implemented as stated in your replies of October 24, 1978, and November 6,1978, l-to our letters sted October 6,1978, and November 1,1978.
