Thank you for your letter of February 4 and 9,1982, in response to our letter and the attached Notice of Violation dated February 2,1982.

As a result of our review, we find that additional information as discussed with you by telephone on March 3, 1982, is needed.

Relative to your letter of February 4, 1982, your corrective steps, outlined in response to Items 1 through 5 in the Notice of Violation, do not effectively answer these violations. Also, no mention was made as to what specific corrective steps would be taken to avoid any further violations.

Please provide us your response to the above concerns under oath or affirmation within 10 days cf your receipt of this letter so that we can continue our review of this patter.
