Inspector Instructions, Revision 3, paragraph 4.2 states in part:

" Check all paper work for correct boat / tray numbers..."

Combustion Engineering East Windsor Quality Assurance Manual Section 4, 2 -

Process Control, Revision 0, paragraph 4.5.1, states in part:

" Manufacturing Order... A Power System's Division Work Order that authorizes work to be performed in accordance with the included specifications."

Contrary to the above, work was being performed to a project QA Specifi-1 cation 14074/14174 WQC 11.1, Revision 1 which was not included in the Manufacturing Order.

Revision level 0 of this document was included in the Manufacturing Order.

Combustion Engineering East Windsor Quality Assurance Manual Section 6, Nondestructive Examination, Revision 0, paragraph 6.5.3, states in part:

" Personnel Qualifications records in accordance with SNT-TC-1A(1975) shall be maintained by the Quality Control Manager."
