M: tine Yankee Reportable Occurrence 82-Oll/0lT-0 Pursuant to the requirements of Technical Specification 5.9.1.6.I, the Maine Yankee Atomic Power (bmpany hereby submits the following report.
With the plant in the cold shutdown condition while perfonning routine maintenance on LDf-5 valve, a wiring error was discovered on the opening inhibit circuitry for letdown stop valve (LUr-5). 'Ihe error would not have prevented LDF5 from performing its intended SIAS function but would have allowed the valve to open in conjunction with the reset of the ESF actuation signal.
