Dear Mr. Greenberg and Ms. Finamore:
As I indicated to Mr. Greenberg in a phone conversation on March 30, 1982, there are several interrogatories originally served on NRDC by the Staff which the Staff has determined may be withdrawn. The Staff withdraws from the its 3rd set of interrogatories to NRDC (dated November 12,1976), interrogators 1, 2, 5, 11 and 12 on Contention 5.
