STATE OF LOUISIANA ACCEPTANCE APPRAISAL REPORT FOR NRC/ STATE OF LOUISIANA ENVIRONMENTAL MONITORING CONTRACT Enclosed find the Acceptance Appraisal Report for the State of Louisiana Environmental Monitoring Contract. Louisiana's Nuclear Energy Division has demonstrated to the Region IV appraisal team that it is capable of satisfying the required conditions of the proposed contract. The appraisal team recommends that an Environmental Monitoring Contract be negotiated and put in force with the State of Louisiana on or before July 1,1982.
