The Unit 1 status is as follows:
1.
All Unit 1 limitorques have been inspected.
2.
All Unit 1 limitorques that are fed by Safety-Related cables have had the motor terminal blocks removed and a lug to-lug connection installed.
+
2 3.
Unit 1 limitorques that are fed by Non-Safety-Related cables will have the motor terminal blocks removed and j
a lug to lug connection installed prior to Unit 1 criticality.
(Note:
Limitorque operators type SMC-04 s
and type PB do not contain a motor terminal block l
because the motor leads are terminated on the control terminal block.
These limitorques were inspected and i
found to have the correct size control terminal block and the correct cable terminations.
In addition, these types of limitorque operators are only fed by non-safety-related cables at LaSalle County Station).
The Unit 2 status is as follows:
Unit 2 limitorques will be inspected and reworked prior to Unit 2 fuel load.
Limitorque operators type SMC-04 and type PB will be inspected for correct size control terminal I
