OPR-26 DPR-64 APPENDIX A NOTICE OF VIOLATION Based upon the results of the NRC inspection conducted on February 2-4 and 16-18, 1977, it appears that one of your activities was not conducted in full compliance with NRC regulations and the conditions of your T-license as indicated below.
This is a Deficiency.
Unit 2 and 3 Technical Specifications 6.10.2, g, require that records of training and qualification for current members of the plant staff be maintained for the duration of the Facility Oper-ating License.
Contrary to the above, training and qualification records were not maintained for all of the staff health physics technicians who received initial training in 1972 and retraining in 1975 and 1976.
