A.
Pending the establishment of final overhead, general and administrative and fringe benefit rates which shall be negotiated based on audit of actual costs, the contractor shall be reimbursed at the following rates which are in effect for FY 1982:
Overhead _ The contractor shall ue reimbursed for allowable indirect costs hereunder at the provisional rate of 60.0 percent of direct labor.
General and Administrative:
The contractor shall be reimbursed for allowable indirect costs hereunder at the provisional rate of 15.0, percent of total direct cost and overhead.
