By letter dated February 17, 1982 you requested that Mr. Gadler, a mem of the Minnesota Pollution Control agency, be placed on the service list for dockets 50-282, 50-306 and 50-263 concerning Prairie Island and Monticello.
Our review of the service list for Prairie Island indicates that you and Jocelyn F. Olson of the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency are on the service list.
In addition, our service list includes The Environmental Conservation Library where documents are available to the public. On this basis unless there is a compelling reason, we do not feel it is necessary to include Mr.
Gadler on the Prairie Island service list.
