Letter from J. Miller to C. Wuller, " Comments on the Clinton Power Station Physical Security Plan," dated February 10, 1982 Clinton Power Station Units 1&2 Docket Nos. 50-461 and 50-462 Illinois Power Company hereby submits five (5) copies of Revision 3 of the Physical Security Plan with Safeguards Contin-gency Plan for the Clinton Power Station.
Revision 3 is a reply to the referenced letter request for additional information.
Text references to the specific comments are given by Attachment 1 to this letter in addition to instructions for the replacement pages provided for the copies of the security plan.
The security plan identifies detailed security measures for the physical protection of a nuclear power station and the informa-tion is exempt from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 (d)(1).
