C.

Schroeder letter to A. Schwencer dated February 24, 1982, Same Subject.

Dea r Mr. Schwencer:

The purpos a o f this letter is to provide additional information on the capability of the breathing air compressor at LaSalle County Station.

This information was informally requested during a telecon with Dr. Bournia, et al, of your staf f.

Each fire brigade member has a 1/2 hour supply plus two spares for a total o f 1 1/2 hours of bottled air.

The compressor will charge two cylinders at a time in less than one minute.

Including preparatory work, it is estimated that 2 bottles may be charged in 3-5 minutes.

Thus, 10 bottles could be recharged in 15-25 minutes.

If there are any questions in this matter, please contact this office.

Very truly yours,

@Mel 313./ s2_
