This is in response to your letter dated February 24, 1982, which requested approval to use the Babcock and Wilcox license paper format in preparing the Design Information Questionnaire (DIQ) in place of the IAEA's DIQ Form.
We have determined that your request is acceptable. Accordingly, in order to grant the necessary exemption from the requirements of 10 CFR 75.11(d),
we are adding a new License Condition 2.4 to Amendment MPP-2 to your License flo. SflM-1168, effective imediately, to read as follows:
2.4 Notwithstanding, the requirements of 10 CFR 75.11(d) to submit facility data on forms supplied by the Comission (including IAEA DIQs), the licensee may submit required data in the Babcock and Wilcox license paper format.
In connection with this exemption, we would like to point out that it is necessary for you to structure your response in a form consistent with the IAEA questionnaire. Each question must be numbered and repeated in your submittal as it appears on the DIQ form. All figures, charts, and attachments must be identified in a manner which facilitates direct correlation with a specific question.
As you are aware, the DIQ information must be submitted to this office by March 29, 1982.
