Dear Administrative Judges:
This is in response tc the Board's Order of February 17, 1982, requesting that the Staff serve Board Notification 82-08 in the captioned proceeding or advise why the notification need not have been filed in the Limerick OL-proceeding at the time that it was filed in other dockets. A copy. of a note from Albert Schwencer, Chief, Licensing Branch No. 2, Division of Licensing, Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation, to me stating the Staff policy with regard to Board notification is enclosed. Attached to Mr. Schwencer's note is the document which the note references, NRR Office letter 19, Revision 1, December 9, 1980.
Even though it would not be Staff's policy to notify the Board in the i
captioned proceeding at this time, as the office letter and the explanatory i
note make clear, we are providing the document you have requested and serving it on all persons on the service list. Accordingly, a copy of Board Notification 82-08 is enclosed.
