In the Quadrex Report (hereafter: Report), Question R-7, it states that the NRC is currently preparing a list of safety-related plant shielded areas which serve to mitigate accidents. Prior to February 1981, had Staff sent any items of safety-related plant shielded areas in a list or some other way to Applicant?
