A review of the Georgia Power Company study of evacuation time estimates for the Plant Hatch area has been completed as requested in your letter of March 9, 1982.
Although thele ~are some population and time deviations from information con-tain*ed in Annex A (Plant Hatch) to the Georgia Radiological Emergency Plan (REP), the overall content of the study is consistent with the State Plan.
Most.of the difference.s can be attributed to the addition of the Prompt Notif.i. cation System (PNS) which reduces response time and the availabi of mote detailed population data since publication of the* Georgia REP.
