This is in response to R. C. Lewis' February 3, 1982 letter to H. G. Parris, Report Nos. 50-259/82-03, 50-260/82-03, 50-296/82-03, concerning activities at the Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant which appeared to be in violation of NRC requirements. Enclosed is our response to Appendix A Notice of Violation.
