Administrative Judges Wolfe, Jordan and Foreman:
Applicant has identified those major exhibits which it plans to introduce during that phase of the Waterford 3 operating license hearing relating to Joint Intervenors' Contention 17/26 (1).
These proposed exhibits consist of Applicant's onsite emergency preparedness plan, the State of Louisiana's offsite emergency preparedness plan, the evacuation time estimate study, and a study of the fixed out-door siren system.
In. order that the Board may review these proposed exhibits prior to the beginning of the evidentiary hearing, I am enclosing copies of these documents, which are identified as follows:

The onsite plan entitled, " Emergency Plan, Louisiana Power & Light, Waterford 3 Steam Electric Station", Revision 3.

The offsite plan, in the form of two documents:
" State of Louisiana, Peacetime Radiological Response Plan, Annex J, Appendix 7 to Louisiana Preparedness Plan for Emergency Operations", Revision 4, February 1982 and " Attachment 1, Waterford 3 Steam Electric Station, State of Louisiana Peacetime Radiological Response Plan", Revision 3, September 1981.
This second document includes emergency preparedness plans relating specifically to St. Charles Parish and St. John the Baptist Parish.
These two documents are designated to be attached to Applicant's onsite plan as Appendices D and E, but for the purposes of the hearing will be treated as physically separate doenments.
