Dear Mr. Denton:
Please be advised that we are transmitting under separate cover, forty copies of the Radioactive Effluent Release Report for the Donald C. Cook Nuclear P1rcit Units 1 and 2, corresponding to the period from July 1, 1981 to December 31, 1981. This report was prepared in accordance with Section 5.4.1B of the Plant's Appendix B Technical Specifications and it demonstrates that Plant operation has been in compliance with the requirements of 40 CFR 190.
This report is being submitted beyond the required date of March I due to an administrative delay experienced in compiling the information contained in this report.
This document has been prepared following Corporate Procedures which incorporate a reasonable set of controls to insure its accuracy and completeness prior to signature by the undersigned.
