SUBJECT:
DIFFERING PROFESSIONAL OPINION DATED SEPTEMBER 1,1981 By memorandum dated September 16, 1981, I assigned James H. Sniezek responsibility for evaluating the issues presented in your Differing Professional Opinion and providing me a recommendation regarding disposition of the matter. Mr. Sniezek chaired a Peer Review Group which included W. T. Russell, NRR, and W. E. Campbell, Jr., RES.
On October 28, 1981, I received the Review Group report which addressed the issues raised in your Differing Professional Opinion.
After reviewing your Differing Professional Opinion and the Review Group report, I have decided to adopt the recommendations contained on page 12 of the Review Group report.
