Dear Mr. Schwencer:
The purpose o f this letter is to provide a commitment to revise the LaSalle County Station Process Control Program (PCP).
This commitment is provided as a result of a telecon with Dr.
Bournia, et al, o f your staf f on March 10, 1982.
Commonwealth Edison Company shall revise the PCP (current Rev.1, dated 3/04/82) to add the following statement:
"V. A.6 - Concentrator wastes are mixed for at least four (4) hours to provide samples for pH and solid content."
It is Commonwealth Edison Company's understanding that, based on this commitment, all o f the NRC's concerns regarding the PCP have been satisfied and that a letter will be issued from the NRC staf f stating that PCP has been approved.
