Seria] 13679, dated September 18, 1981 This J etter is the final report on the scatus of corrective actions associated with the reported anomalies in the NSSS ceismic and LOCA analyses.
The last report (reference h) provided in the MCAR hk Final Report the resolution, as acsociated with Bechtel responsibility, for the reported condition. The MCAR hh Final Report addressed two specific anomalies and described that one item had been shown to be not reportable and the other would remain indeterminate. Reference h then explained that the new analycis being performed due to the reactor prescure veccel support system modification would assure the adequacy of the modified design and assure that all identified anomalies related to this issue would not be cafety concerns for the new design.
Reference h listed two process corrective actions remaining cpen:
- 1) E&W transmittal of the Analytical Input Requiremento Specification to Bechtel; and
- 2) incorporatior of the Design Division of Responsibility Matrix into the Proj ect i rocedures Manual (Bechtel).
