Dear Mr. Schwencer:
The purpose of this letter is to update the schedule for the installation and testing o f the non-segregated phase bus duct fire seals. The revised schedule is:
Tech-Sil installs fire stops Unit 1 Fuel Load Tech-Sil completes tests 4/1/82 Tech-Sil submits report 4/15/82 We are changing the installation date because the system auxiliary transformer (SAT) can not be taken out of service due to problems with the unit auxiliary transformer (UAT).
One of these transformers is needed to provide power to the Unit 1 loads, and two of the bus ducts to be sealed contain bus bars that are connected to the SAT.
We are revising the testing date because Tech-Sil had problems obtaining all of material required for the test and setting up the test.
