Dear Mr. Denton:
Enclosed for filing with the Commission are three originals and 17 copies of Philadelphia Electric Company's Application for Amendment of Facility Operating License DPR-44.
This Application requests a change to the Peach Bottom Unit 2 Technical Specifications to permit operation of the unit for a short period with one of its four diesels out of service.
In accordance with Section 170.12 of the Commission's regulations, enclosed is a check payable to the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission in the amount of $4,000 to cover the filing fee for this Application.
