~his was a follo's-up to a meeting held on January 30, 1981. At the 2:ri t er meeting, general discussions were held concerning the reclaration of t'e 2ey-Loma site. At the meeting on April 1,1931, UNI-EFN presanted for i:RC r2 vie.1 specific plans for onsite recla,mation of the Day-Loina and Rox sites.

Sur'ary:

W.'-EFM opened the ceating by presenting plans for the onsite raclamation of the ?.ox and Day-Loma sites. Ten copies of the report descricing the plan and

:-EF.'I indicated they hope to begin the reclanation of the Cay-Loco site cy a apcoxinataly May 1,1981.

Thic would enable material stripped in an adjacent pit to be used as ovarburden for reclamation without the added c >s cf stockpiling and then rahandling. UMI-EFM stated they would submit the information specified in (2) and (3) above within ten days.

Info rmation spaciflad in (1) above is not as critical, and will be subnitcad in the naar future.

If approval is granted by about May 1, WMI-EF:i hopes to c:r.p'.ete the reclamation within approximately six months.
