was submitted on December 18, 1978 (SNRC-347).
This " Proprietary Supplement" contains confidential commerical information and trade secrets which we request to be withheld I
from public disclosure in accordance with 10CFR2.790(b).
In addition to meeting the requirements set forth in the appro-priate regulations for the withholding of this information, LILCO is also obligated to withhold it under contractual agree-ments with Pennsylvania Power & Light (PP&L) and Kraftwerk Union (KWU).
The supporting affidavit required by 10CFR2.790(b) is being for-warded under separate cover.
