Dear Ms. Wylie,
Ms Reichert, AO Account, requested information to clarify a recent NRC Invoice ( I /15/20 Invoice#
LFB-20-1849 $24,047.00). This request was only to seek information to better understand the charges.
The bill's format has evolved over the years and some of the charges are not fully understood. As a licensee, we are encouraged to ask for information concerning our bill. A timely response would be appreciated especially when there is penalty for late payments.
While I believe that I have an understanding of Mr. Wertz and Ms. Reed technical effort, I don't understand how their costs were determined. I also don't have any understanding of the effort of Mr.
Nguyen and Mr. Norris.
Since my knowledge concerning this matter was insufficient, I requested Ms. Reichart to seek the information directly. As of today, we have not received the requested information. The NRC's burdened labor cost represents over 25 percent of my total burden labor cost for that period of time. Understanding the NRC effort and cost ensures effective budgeting of my resources.
