TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION CHANGE REQUEST - REORGANIZATION Attached is a Technical Specification Change Request to the Big Rock Point Technical Specifications. These proposed changes are administrative in nature and are requested to implement a reorganization of the Big Rock Po. int Staff.
The reorganization proposes to change Superintendent titles to Manager.
The purpose of this revision will better align Big Rock Point Staff with the standard at Consumers Power Company. This restructuring is expected to support current Plant goals and objectives to be the first US nuclear powered electrical generating facility to realize the End-0f-Licensed life.
Attachment I contains proposed new Technical Specification pages. Attachment 2 contains existing Technical Specification pages marked up to show the proposed changes.
