The Nebraska Public Power District (District) has completed the actions requested by NRC Bulletin No. 93-02 (Reference 1) as committed to in its earlier responses (References 2 and 3). This notification fulfills the final reporting requirement specified in NRC Bulletin 93-02. As instructed by the bulletin, this information is being provided under oath.
NRC Bulletin 93-02 requested licensees to identify fibrous materials in primary containment not designed for such sersice and take the required action to ensure against potential degradation of Emergency Core Cooling System (ECCS) performance following postulated design basis Loss-Of-Coolant-Accidents (LOCAs). Reference 2 iuentified the fibrous material contained within the Cooper Nuclear Station (CNS) Drywell, and provided the Districts plans concerning removal and/oi-replacement of this material.
Reference 3 provided a correction to the District's initial response.
