ACCEPTANCE OF CHANGES TO THE OPERATIONAL QUALITY ASSURANCE PROGRAM FOR SOUTH TEXAS PROJECT We have reviewed the changes to your quality assurance program description for the South Texas Project, Units 1 and 2, submitted by your letter ST-HL-AE-4492, dated June 29, 1993. We find the changes (QA-016) to your quality assurance program description (i.e., Operations Quality Assurance Plan) meet the requirements of 10 CFR Part 50, Appendix B, and are acceptable.
