Enchised is the Dresden Nuclear Power Station Monthly Operatine Summary Report for July 1993. Starting with this reporting period,10 CFR 50.59 information will no longer he reported on a monthly basis. Changes implemented in July and thereafter are expected to be reported along with the FSAR updates. This change in reporting frequency remains within the guidance provided in 10 CFR 50.59(b)(2), which states that the report on changes, tests and experiments, with the accompanying safety evaluation summaries, may be submitted annually or along with the FSAR updates as required by 50.71(e), or at shorter intervals as may be specified by the licensee.

p Table 3.1 contains a correction in the 3 car-to-date and cumulative forced outags factors for Unit 2. In the report for the the month of June (References 1 and 2), a year-to-date factor of 72.4% a'nd a cumulative factor of 28.8% were reported due to a calculation error in which shedukd outage hours were inadertently factored in with the forced outage hours. The corrected information is reflected in the factors calculated for July in Table 3.1.

l Table 3.2 contains a correction in the year-to-date and cumulative forced outage factors for Unit 3. In the report for l

the the month of June (References I and 2), a year-to-date factor of 36.2% and a cumulative factor of 30.8% were i

reported due to L calculation error in which sheduled outage hours were inadertently factored in with the forced outage hours. The corrected information is reflected in the factors calculated for July in Table 3.1.
