NRC INSPECTION REPORT NO. 70-754/93-02 This letter refers to the routine inspection conducted by Mr. C. A. Hooker of this office on July 7-9 and 12,1993, of activities authorized by NRC license No. SNM-960 and to the discussion of our findings held by Mr. Hooker with'you and other members of your staff at the conclusion of the inspection.
Areas examined during this inspection are described in the enclosed inspection report. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews with personnel, and observations by the inspector.
No violations of or deviations from NRC requirements were identified as a result of this inspection.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, a copy of this letter and the enclosed inspection report will be placed in the NRC's Public Document Room.
