Request for Registration Radioactive Material Package User Gentlemen:
In accordance with 10 CFR 71.12 (c) (3) and 49 CFR 173.471 (a), Law Engineering, Inc.
requests to be registered as a user of USNRC approved radioactive material packages as indicated on the attached listing.
Use of these packages is in conjunction with the shipping / transportation of licensed radioactive material for constmetion testing and industrial radiography purposes conducted under NRC license #10-00346-03 or by our branch office locations holding Agreement State licenses when operating in NRC jurisdictional areas under reciprocity agreements.
We have included in the list of packages not only these packages that are currently used under our NRC license but also those used and/or licensed for use (even if not currently used) by our Agreement State licensees. These have been included to facilitate timely notification by the NRC to Law and Law to its branch operations any notices affecting the use of these packages.
If you require any additional information to register 12w Engineering, Inc. as a user of the requested packages, please contact me.
