Subject:
Cooper Nuclear Station Emergency Preparedness Exercise Information. (2) Letter from Mr. J. L. Milhoan (USNRC RIV) to Mr. Guy R. Horn (NPPD), dated July 27, 1993, subject: 1993 Emergency Preparedness Exercise. By reference (1), the Nebraska Public Power District (NPPD) subnitted a copy of the following materials: (1) A detailed description of the 1993 Cooper Nuclear Station Emergency Preparedness Exercise sequence of events and (2) complete controller packages for the exercise. This Emergency Preparedness Exercise material was marked for release to the Public Document Room after August 17, 1993. By reference (2), NPPD was informed that the 1993 Emergency Preparedness Exercise has been rescheduled from August 17, 1993 to the week of December 12, 1993. As a result of this schedule change, NPPD requests that the exercise material submitted by reference (1) be withheld from release to the Public Document Room until December 15, 1993 to preclude compromising exercise information prior to the rescheduled exercise date.
