Our review of the changes has found them to be consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p). Accordingly, they are acceptable for inclusion into the pl an.

As discussed during a teleconference on August 2,1993, between J. Setliffe of your office and O. Masnyk of this Region, please reincorporate the original wording in the last paragraph of Section 12.4'.2 to reflect that' security.
