Modification No.11 to Task Order No. 08 under Contract No.
NRC-39--89-133 The purpose of this modification is to provide for a downward adjustment of the Task Order ceiling amount to reflect completion of the subject Task Order.
Therefore, in accordance with Section G.6, entitled, " Task Order Procedures,"
of the subject contract, this letter definitizes Modification No.11 to Task Order No. 08.
The Cost Ceiling associated with performance of this Task Order is hereby decreased from $544,742.72 by $14,994.28 to $529,748.44. The total estimated reimbursable cost amount of $509,839.74 is decreased by-$14,994.28 to
$494,845.46. The fixed fee amount of $34,902.98 remains unchanged.
Total deobligation amount in FY93:
$ 6,741.87 (Actual ceiling is $544,742.72 and the actual paid cost and fee is.
$529,748.44, therefore $14,994.28 represents the actual decrease in the ceiling and $6,741.87 represents the actual deobligated amount.)
