Modification No. 6 to Task Order No.10 under Contract No.
NRC-39-89-133 The purpose of this modification is to provide for a downward adjustment of the Task Order ceiling amount to reflect completion of the subject Task Order.
Therefore, in accordance with Section G.6, entitled, " Task Order Procedures,"
of the subject contract, this letter definitizes Modification No. 6 to Task Order No. 10.
The Cost Ceiling associated with performance of this Task Order is hereby decreased from $66,391.01 by $3,403.57 to $62,987.44. The total estimated reimbursable cost amount of $62,163.87 is decreased by $3,403.57 to
$58,760.30. The fixed fee amount of $4,227.14 remains unchanged.
Total deobligation amount in FY93:
$ 2,512.52 (Task Order funded for $65,500.00, actual ceiling $66,391.01. The obligated amount is $65,500.00, therefore $3,403.57 represents the actual decrease in the ceiling and $2,512.52 represents the actual deobligated amount.)
