REQUEST FOR APPECTURE CARD D
Per our discussion on Friday, July 9,1993, I would-like to have this map made into an appecture card and placed in the PDR.
I would like for it to be put either in the FOIA File 567 Turner - or under the' License No.n5-1399-3 ?
I request that the original map be returned to me as soon as this procedure has been completed. My mail stop is 6 E6.
If you have any questions, please call Michele Schroll at the Document Control Desk on 202-634-3273. She is the individual who requested this map be placed in the PDR after a requester was looking for it in the PDR and.it was unavailable.
I sent her earlier, a xerox copy of this map'so that she could make it available to the requester.
