Slip op, at 1. Counsel for the parties in this proceeding met on July 27,1993 to discuss discovery. With respect to discovery requests from Licensee, Staff is continuing to search for documents that are responsive to Licensee's document request filed on May 3,1993. As noted in a letter to Licensee's counsel, dated July 21,1993, however, the Staff will not make investigation materials available until after the NRC determines whether enforcement action is appropriate, and, if enforcement action is taken, after Licensee responds to the Notice of Violation. Staff's objections to Intervenor's discovery requests (interrogatories and document requests) were also discussed with Intervenor's counsel during the July 27 meeting. We are continuing to discuss discovery disputes with Intervenor's counsel and have asked Intervenor to particularize and focus its discovery requests.
