requests VR-003, VR-004, and-VR-005 for the Duane Arnold Energy Center (DAEC)
Inservice Testing (IST).; program submitted in your letter dated January 29, l
1993.
In response to a request of the staff, you provided' additional information in a letter dated March 1,1993.
As explained in_ the SE, the staff finds that relief is not required,' pursuant to 10 CFR 50.55a(f)(4)(iv), provided that all related requirements of the later ASME Code editions are met. The implementation of these requirdments are. subject to NRC. inspection.
