Dear Dr. Murley:
In December 1992, we developed an Addendum to the Security Plan to describo special security measures to be implemented during the Security Systems upgrade transition.
This addendum was incorporated into the Duane Arnold Energy Center (DAEC) Security Plan by Change No. 29.
(Reference 1)
The purpose of this letter is to inform you that the Security System upgrades as described in that Addendum have been completed and are fully functional.
Therefore, this Addendum should be deleted from the Security Plan.
