FUNDAMENTAL NUCLEAR MATERIAL CONTROL PLAN During a recent material control and accounting (MC&A) inspection at your facility, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission inspectors discovered several inconsistencies within your MC&A program. These inconsistencies were identified in NRC Inspection Report 93-201, as Inspector Follow-up Items Nos.
92-201-02, 93-201-03, and 93-201-04.
To reach closure on these items, we are requesting that you submit appropriate changes to the Fundamental Nuclear Material Control (FNMC) Plan within 60 days. To ensure that the FNMC Plan in our possession accurately reflects the Plan currently authorized to be in use, please include in your submittal a
" List of Effective Pages," listing each page, the date of each page, and the page revision number.
Please identify and mark accordingly correspondence that you believe contains proprietary information which should be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790.
