The changes were made in conjunction with Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) approval of a Portland General Electric Company (PGE) request for exemption from the requirements of 10 CFR 50.54 (y).
A: nchment I is a description of the changes in Revision 39, along with a discussion of the reasons for making the changes. Attachment II consists of of replacement pages for the Trojan Security Plan.
Two additional copies of the replacement pages are being forwarded to the Regional Administrator, Region V.
Attachments I and II do not contain Safeguards Information of the type specified in 10 CPR 73.21, however, Attachment II is marked as such because it is part of the composite Security Plan.
