Dear Judge Bloch:
This will confirm our telephone conversation of yesterday, in which you were informed that counsel for Georgia Power
- Company, Mr. Mosbaugh, and the NRC Staff met to negotiate differences regarding discovery.
The Intervenor, and GPC, agreed that the Staf f's time to reply to Intervenor's motion to compel the Staff to respond to discovery requests be extended to August 9,
1993.
Counsel for the three parties also agreed that GPC shall have until and including August 9,
- 1993, to make any motions it deems appropriate regarding GPC's discovery of the Staff and the Staff's response thereto.
The Licensing Board has approved these agreements extending the parties time as stated above.
